Cancellation Policy

We understand circumstances change and you may need to cancel your order. To assist you, below is our cancellation policy for your reference:

Cancellation and Refunds:

Within 24 Hours: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed will receive a full refund without any charges.

After 24 Hours - Before Shipment: Orders cancelled after the initial 24 hours and prior to shipment will incur a 10% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

After Shipment: For orders that have been shipped, you are welcome to return the product within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The refund will be the total cost minus all shipping expenses and a 15% restocking fee.

Please note, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days following a cancellation request. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Returning a Product:

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Condition of Returned Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
