Baby Angels Baby Product Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from our website. If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
Return Conditions:
- Time Frame: Products must be returned within a 7-day return window, which starts from the date of the delivery.
- Product Condition: We accept returns provided that:
- The products are unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- All the original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact and included in the return.
- The items have not been assembled, washed, or used in any way.
- Health and Safety: Due to health and safety reasons, certain products like pacifiers, teethers, and personal care items can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that we do not accept returns for items that do not meet our return conditions. For example, if an item has been used or is not in its original packaging, the return of that item will be declined.
Refund Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or email id or mobile number with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
- After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
- Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return and credit your account. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to your account.
Exchanges:
If you received a faulty or defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
